All prices are in USD.

Processing of all orders take 5-7 business days including pick up orders. All orders are shipped between Monday-Wednesday. If you don't have a tracking number after 7 business please email us at 1RemedyHome@gmail.com.

Due to the nature of our handmade products unfortunately ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

Unfortunately, once orders are shipped you will not be able to cancel your order.

Please email us immediately at 1RemedyHome@gmail.com to correct this issue if your order has not shipped yet.

All orders are shipped with USPS Priority Shipping. Once you receive your tracking number it should take anywhere between 1-3 days to receive (not including holidays or Sunday).

It is very unfortunate if you receive our products damaged as it is initially packaged with love and care. Please be sure to take a picture of the damaged products and packaging as proof and file a claim with USPS by visiting WWW.USPS.COM. Also please send us a email message at 1Remedycandles@gmail.comwith your order number and information on the products damaged.
